Do I keep the rights to my book?
Yes, always. Authors publishing with Dublin Publishing Press hold the copyright to their work and 100% of their royalties. The company is paid for production work — editing, design, formatting and distribution — and never takes a share of a book’s earnings.
How long does publishing take?
A complete publishing project with Dublin Publishing Press runs 16 to 22 weeks from signed quote to books on sale. Editing is the variable: a manuscript needing structural work adds four to eight weeks to that range.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Completely. Every person who reads a manuscript at Dublin Publishing Press is under NDA, and no part of it is quoted, shared or used as a sample without the author’s written permission.
Do you work with authors outside Ireland?
Yes. Roughly half of Dublin Publishing Press authors are based in the UK, mainland Europe or North America. Everything runs over email and video call, and distribution is global regardless of where the author lives.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Dublin Publishing Press splits projects into three or four staged payments tied to milestones, and nothing is due until the author has approved the previous stage.
